We have technology and innovation that is being patented, that offers unique and unparalleled functionality, addressing real client problems and needs. Including:

• Truly Autonomous Operations – Vehicles can be “assigned” or programmed with a mission and it will carry out the mission without contact human instructions, but will allow for human to override at any time.
• Sensor Data Fusion – Vehicles have several types of sensor on-board.  The intake and merging of the data gathered by these sensors, the analysis of this data and the autonomous actions taken on this data.  This data is then rendered in simple format so that non-technical users can understand and act.
• Communications – the vehicles can communicate to an operating centre where humans are monitoring its activity and the vehicles can communicate with other vehicles as part of a team.  The communications are safe and secure.
• Physical Security – surveillance conducted on foot or by patrol vehicle. Expensive and potentially dangerous activity, requiring dedicated manpower and custom equipped vehicles.
• Municipal Operations – crews view/inspect status of roadways, bridges, ramp on foot or in vehicles; trouble areas are identified and actioned for repairs, based on human judgement.
• Agricultural Operations – crews monitor acres of crops on foot, in trucks or in ATVs; report damage, or deter airborne attacks on crops.
• Construction and Mining Operations – labourers moving equipment and materials from point a to point b; often done over treacherous terrain; materials bear considerable weight which require assistance from several humans or lifting apparatus
• Airport Operations – monitoring and maintenance of airport runways.
• Process Controller (OEM Part) – takes proprietary AI, analytics and automated decision-making embedded in FDR’s autonomous vehicle solutions, and offers them to customers as a stand-alone OEM part to be embedded in larger control systems.

• Shail Paliwal, Incoming CEO 

Paliwal has overseen the development and market introduction of several technology solutions and applications, as well as having brought consumer products to market in a newly formed and newly regulated industry. Shail has raised millions in both equity financing and debt, to launch businesses, fuel growth and increase market share, and scale-up operations. Across several business ventures he has driven revenue growth and improvements in corporate KPIs, established OKRs and developed many team members along the way. He has established strategic partnerships with multi-billion-dollar enterprises, and lead M&A activities both on the buy-side and sell-side. He has helped develop and execute multiple shareholders exits, including delivered 65x shareholder ROI through the acquisition of a tech start-up.

• Jeremy James – Founder, CTO

Jeremy owns three patents in security and robotics; is a senior member of the IEEE; and is active in standards development for NATO that supports communication protocols with unmanned systems. Jeremy managed the sale of Precise Software to Arc Cores which established the world’s first Chip-less Fab-less Semiconductor Vendor. He became a Director of Business Development and was part of the IPO team that listed Arc on the London Stock Exchange in 2000.

• 2020, 2021, 2022 – Have generated hundreds of thousands of dollars in revenue from product trials and client tests
• March 2022 – Will have two patents filed
• Summer 2022 – Will have two client demo-quality autonomous vehicles available
